  • Responsible for creating and maintaining content for website and social media channels, including website content writing, graphic creation and video production.
  • Part of a team that grew social media presence of MU Health Care by 254 percent in one year.
  • Part of  a two-person team that conceptualized, created and implemented a social media campaign for new tower opening that was recognized by national health marketing organization Ragan Health Communications as an honorable mention for best use of Facebook.
  • Conceptualized, created and implemented a heart month social media campaign that grew University Hospital’s Facebook following by eight percent in one month. That campaign included MU Health Care’s most-engaging social media post, reaching more than three times the number of followers on University Hospital’s Facebook page.
  • Helped develop new, to-be-launched MU Health Care website, including working with vendor to create information architecture and design, rewriting and reorganizing current web content, finding and creating appropriate graphics, using content management system to move content to new site, and adding necessary taxonomy terms to increase search engine optimization.
